Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in general management leading a division or department, product, sales, or operational leadership roles
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and sales
- Strong financial acumen and experience working with P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience in both industrial or technical service environments (e.g., elevator, field service) and SaaS or software-enabled products
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and product management tools
