Overseeing the quality assurance and control activities across multiple solar EPC projects.
Ensure all assigned projects adhere to contract requirements, regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections on assigned solar projects.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality metrics.
Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters with clients.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the solar energy sector or a similar industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME, IEC).
Proven experience with utility-scale solar EPC projects and understanding of related technical requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within the region as required for site inspections and audits.
