Own the translation of business goals and user needs into functional and admin requirements for both front-end features and CMS development.
Direct collaboration with creative and content teams to deliver pages and features that align with brand standards and customer needs.
Oversee and contribute to complex CMS page builds and custom interactivity, ensuring usability, scalability, and quality.
Align page development with marketing stakeholders KPI’s, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and seamless integration with product messaging and campaign goals.
Own technical website project delivery in JIRA, including backlog management, user stories, sprint planning, and cross-functional delivery tracking.
Oversee technical execution, ensuring developers have clear documentation, assets, and direction throughout build cycles.
Lead QA and UAT, validating functionality, usability, and performance prior to launch.
Own analytics and tracking infrastructure (GA4, GTM), ensuring accurate tagging, reporting, and data integrity.
Define web KPIs, oversee dashboards, and deliver insights in partnership with marketing and analytics stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG), SEO, security, and performance standards across all web development.
Lead A/B and multivariate testing programs to drive continuous optimization of user journeys, conversions, and page performance.
Continuously monitor and improve site performance, recommending enhancements that inform content strategy and digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in web experience management, UX design, or digital product management, preferably in a B2B or mission-driven organization.
Proficiency in Figma for UX/UI design and prototyping.
Knowledge of and ability to apply research-based UX design standards and patterns.
Strong front-end skills: HTML and CSS, with familiarity in JavaScript libraries and CSS frameworks (React, Tailwind, Bootstrap).
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, or similar.
Proven ability to configure and manage GA4 and GTM (event tagging, data layers, reporting).
Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, A/B Tasty, VWO, or similar).
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
