About the role
- Define and execute a multi-year product strategy focused on platform scalability, partner enablement, and network effects
- Own and lead end-to-end product lifecycle for core platform capabilities including publisher onboarding tools, advertiser campaign management systems, and end-user activation/redemption experience
- Guide strategic initiatives such as Personalization and Semantic Search to drive platform adoption
- Recruit, hire, and lead the product management organization, starting with one product manager and scaling over time
- Establish product management best practices and a culture centered on an AI-driven, high-velocity "builder" mindset
- Report directly to the President and Chief Product Officer and act as a hands-on builder using AI-driven tools to prototype new features
- Build core capabilities to support rapid onboarding by publishers, seamless offer and ad campaign management by advertisers, and incremental offer activations by end users
Requirements
- 5-7 years of product management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role building and scaling product teams
- Proven track record of building platform products that serve multiple user types (developers, businesses, consumers)
- Deep experience in the loyalty, rewards, ad-tech, or two-sided marketplace sectors
- Demonstrated ability to build and ship product features or functional prototypes using AI-native development tools (e.g., Cursor)
- Experience with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Microsoft, Amazon)
- Strong passion for user-centered design and history of delivering products with exceptional user experience
- Deep understanding of platform business models, network effects, and marketplace participant needs
- Ability to inspire teams, communicate complex product strategies to C-level executives, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Preferred: experience in both B2B platform (SaaS, PaaS) and B2C product management
- Preferred: technical background such as a degree in Computer Science or prior experience as a software engineer
- Preferred: experience managing products that involve complex, multi-sided network effects
