About the role

  • Process weekly transactions for clients in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Prepare and file sales tax returns.
  • Prepare and review financial statements.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to provide data and insights for client meetings.
  • Maintain organized financial records across multiple client accounts.
  • Ensure all work aligns with internal systems, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Support other client projects to help them stay financially informed and empowered.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, or Panama.
  • English proficiency REQUIRED (written and verbal).
  • Expertise in QuickBooks Online REQUIRED.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Experience in bookkeeping or a service-based accounting role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort juggling multiple clients and deadlines.
  • A service mindset.
  • Must complete Predictive Index and Cognitive Assessments prior to scheduling an interview.
