About the role

  • Develop and execute the overall technical alliance strategy for OEM's worldwide.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key executives within partner organizations.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of joint marketing and demand generation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among sales, marketing, and product teams for partner success.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual agreements with partners.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with partnership engagements.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management regarding alliance performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and partner agreements.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced experience in technology partner program management, with the ability to design and implement effective partner enablement initiatives including joint solutions development.
  • Executive leadership, strategic vision, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to drive departmental strategy, lead cross-functional projects, and manage executive relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of business operations, industry trends, and strategic planning.
  • Experience leading contract negotiations and managing contractual agreements with partners.
  • Experience with joint marketing and demand generation planning.
  • Applicants must hold US citizen or US permanent resident status.
