Data Analyst

• Auditing and monitoring the accuracy, integrity, and flow of marketing data generated by the firm's digital marketing campaigns.
• Working internally with marketing, intake, and client services teams, in addition to external communications with ad platform vendors and co-counsel.
• Audit, analyze, and reconcile lead and client records against digital marketing campaign data.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, display).
• Maintain and monitor integrations between marketing platforms and the firm's data warehouse.
• Identify and resolve duplicate leads/matters or clients who do not meet requirements.
• Coordinate and manage meetings and correspondence with ad platform vendors and third parties.
• Identify the origin of deficiencies in marketing or intake data and flag process or integration issues.
• Maintain a keen understanding of lead sources as they relate to marketing spend, campaign performance, finance, and platform integrations.
• Manipulate large datasets to identify problematic, deficient, or mismatched data.

Marketing Data Analyst

General

• Support attorneys and paralegals in the tracking of deadlines in various litigation matters.
• Perform date calculations while applying jurisdictional rules.
• Maintain calendaring database and update court rule sets.
• Research and interpret laws and regulations, as well as state and federal court rules, especially in jurisdictions in which we practice.
• Provide guidance on filing procedures across various courts and agencies.
• Review finalized court filings for consistency with local, state, and/or federal court rules prior to filing.
• Prepare and electronically file time-sensitive legal documents with various state and federal trial and appellate courts.
• Investigate and report on submission procedures for attorney admissions and appearances.
• Investigate and report on potential witnesses, such as running skip trace or other public record searches.
• Obtain attorney Certificates of Good Standing and maintain a calendar of related expiration dates.
• Organize and maintain attorney admissions and renewals, if necessary. This includes state bar admissions, federal court admissions, and all pro hac vice admissions.
• Organize and maintain attorney account and login credentials for CM/ECF, and other electronic filing service providers (e.g., Odyssey).
• Assist with necessary case docket audits.
• Interact with docketing software technical support staff, as well as court personnel, to resolve any issues.
• Provide quality control for all docket entries and oversee the distribution of regular docket and status reports.
• Coordinate messenger services to deliver legal documents and evidence, as necessary.
• Coordinate with other departments within the firm to develop efficient procedures and communications to streamline processes.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and Legal Support team members on miscellaneous projects.
• Attend case-related and Legal Support department meetings and training seminars.
• Attention to other ad hoc assignments delegated by the Docket Supervisor or Chief of Litigation Services.

Docket Specialist

IT Support

• Monitor and audit incoming and extant client data in a dynamic legal environment.
• Work internally with attorneys, legal support staff, and client services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed functional requirements for process improvements.
• Audit, analyze, and reconcile multiple matters, parties, and intake records.
• Identify and resolve duplicate matters or clients who do not meet requirements and process lead refunds in a timely manner.

Intake Audit Specialist

Supervisor

• Plan and execute the firm’s litigation docketing strategy.
• Evaluate and assess the firm’s current docketing software.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations for implementation of new practices.
• Provide e-filing assistance to the Litigation Support Team as needed.
• Maintain awareness of all trends, developments, and new technologies within the field.
• Research and interpret state and federal court rules, especially in jurisdictions in which we are practicing.
• Provide guidance on filing procedures across various courts and agencies.
• Perform date calculations while applying jurisdictional rules.
• Document and communicate policies and workflow processes to attorneys and the Litigation Support Team.
• Disseminate complex information in a way that can be easily understood and retained.
• Interact with third-party vendors and court personnel to resolve any issues.
• Design metrics to track trends in usage and compliance with firm obligations.
• Track and maintain attorney bar and pro hac vice admissions and renewals.
• Track and maintain attorney PACER and CM/ECF login credentials.
• Oversee the auditing of all cases within the firm.
• Provide quality control for all docket entries and oversee the distribution of regular docket reports.
• Manage the workload, performance, and professional development of direct reports on the docketing team, providing feedback and guidance to support individual and team success.

• Design, build, and maintain dynamic Sigma Computing reports and dashboards to support leadership, case management, and legal operations teams.
• Analyze client workup data to identify trends and drivers of case quality and successful outcomes.
• Develop predictive models to forecast the number of clients likely to proceed through the case workup process.
• Conduct productivity analyses to evaluate case management team performance and identify areas for operational improvement.
