• Support the creation of product-focused video content, including feature walkthroughs, product demos, launch content and educational videos

Account Executive

SLED Strategic Account Executive

• Manage the income tax compliance and tax provision process, including quarterly and annual preparation and analysis of the ASC 740 provisions in support of our tax, accounting and financial reporting processes
• Work closely with the tax and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting of income taxes in compliance with ASC 740
• Assist in the review of the federal consolidated tax return and supporting statements and disclosures
• Research new tax developments to advise on risks and opportunities; proactively, reactively, and on an as directed basis
• Prepare and maintain detailed working papers, including but not limited to depreciation schedules and book-to-tax adjustments; reconciliation of income tax liabilities and reviewing other tax-related adjustments; deferred tax assets and liabilities; uncertain tax positions, and tax disclosures for financial statements
• Coordinate with external CPA firm regarding federal, state, and local corporate income tax returns
• Develop, maintain, and update income tax department policies, processes, and procedures
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local income tax laws, as well as the company’s tax calendar
• Prepare tax account reconciliations; propose journal entries to support the month-end close process
• Assist in responding to income tax audits, inquiries, and notices from revenue authorities
• Identify areas to bring efficiency to the income tax reporting process, including automation initiatives related to tax

Consumer Support Specialist – Weekend Shift

Security Engineer

• Support and execute security incident response activities, including triage, investigation support, containment coordination, lessons learned, and corrective action tracking
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks, runbooks, and escalation paths; participate in and help run tabletop exercises
• Operate and improve enterprise security controls and tooling (e.g., endpoint protection/EDR, SaaS security controls, email security, access control workflows), ensuring reliable configuration and ongoing effectiveness
• Partner with Observability Engineering to ensure security-relevant telemetry is available for investigations and response (without owning SIEM/telemetry platform administration)
• Partner with Vulnerability Management to drive remediation execution, validate fixes where appropriate, and reduce repeat findings through hardening and control improvements
• Coordinate security investigations with DevOps, IT, and Engineering teams; track actions through to closure and document outcomes

Inside Sales Representative, SMB, MSP

Account Manager

• Responsible for the day-to-day recruitment and relationship management of channel partners to include value added resellers, distributors, systems integrators and strategic software partners (primarily in Italy and Spain)
• Act as a liaison between Keeper and assigned channel partners
• Communicate with English and Italian speaking clients (Spanish in addition is preferred), both verbal and written
• Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key sales and channel personnel in assigned partner accounts
• Coordinate the involvement of Keeper personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations

• Establish productive, professional relationships with key sales, channel, marketing and executive personnel in assigned accounts
• Drive pipeline and revenue growth through strategic MSP distribution partners, including partners such as Pax8
• Identify, recruit and acquire new named MSP distributors to expand Keeper’s MSP distribution footprint
• Coordinate the involvement of Keeper personnel, including support, service and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and expectations

• Build and maintain relationships with government officials, lawmakers, lobbyists and external stakeholders
• Monitor key legislative dates and deadlines, create a strategic calendar that aligns with goals, and execute the plan effectively, ensuring resources are allocated and tasks are completed on time
• Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships with third-party stakeholder organizations, and manage ongoing relationships with these groups
• Manage special projects related to government affairs, including policy research, stakeholder engagement, public relations and the development of advocacy materials, providing strategic recommendations
• Develop policy communications, including position papers, legislative proposals, briefing materials, and memos, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in messaging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including public sector, communications and leadership, to ensure consistent and effective government relations strategies
