About the role
- Develop and manage detailed project plans; oversee antenna and network infrastructure installation; coordinate engineering, IT, and field teams.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve technical challenges during system implementation.
- Assist in proposal development by creating bases of estimate, materials, and direct costs.
- Contribute to marketing materials that highlight technical capabilities and support business growth.
- Manage personnel and resource deployment for each project phase.
- Promote system quality and team accountability.
- Define staffing and material strategies to optimize project outcomes.
- Conduct performance validation and recommend engineering improvements.
- Prepare specifications, test plans, and reports to support compliance and project phases.
- Lead or support small-scale projects, ensuring milestone achievement and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Mentor junior team members and foster technical growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFID, wireless communications, RF systems, RF propagation, or signal processing
- Demonstrated expertise in RF engineering and problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and experience in technical documentation
- Proven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and lead project planning and integration efforts
- US citizenship is a requirement.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field (Preferred)
- Active U.S. Government issued Secret Security Clearance (Preferred)
- PMP or similar project management certification (Preferred)
- Previous leadership and research experience in RF systems or specialty engineering (Preferred)
