About the role Develop and manage detailed project plans; oversee antenna and network infrastructure installation; coordinate engineering, IT, and field teams. Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve technical challenges during system implementation. Assist in proposal development by creating bases of estimate, materials, and direct costs. Contribute to marketing materials that highlight technical capabilities and support business growth. Manage personnel and resource deployment for each project phase. Promote system quality and team accountability. Define staffing and material strategies to optimize project outcomes. Conduct performance validation and recommend engineering improvements. Prepare specifications, test plans, and reports to support compliance and project phases. Lead or support small-scale projects, ensuring milestone achievement and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and resolve technical issues. Mentor junior team members and foster technical growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFID, wireless communications, RF systems, RF propagation, or signal processing Demonstrated expertise in RF engineering and problem-solving Strong communication skills and experience in technical documentation Proven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and lead project planning and integration efforts US citizenship is a requirement.
