About the role
- Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s)
- Maintain heating and cooling equipment of all applicable HVAC equipment
- Monitor and adjust all applicable mechanical/pneumatic equipment
- Verify field conditions and perform any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Perform preventive maintenance duties in accordance with C&W standards
- Inspect engine room equipment, fan room equipment, cooling towers, etc.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns
- Document and report activities to supervisor
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting
- Appropriate license/permit for trade as may be required (i.e., Journeyman or Master Electrician License)
- CFC Universal Technician certification may be required
- Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word
- Knowledgeable in energy management systems, techniques, and operations
