About the role
- Oversee the billing process for customers, including processing payments and maintaining organized financial records
- Calculate bill totals and track company financial statements
- Create invoices and billing materials to be sent to customers
- Input payment history, upcoming payment information, and other financial data
- Search financial statements for payment errors or inconsistencies and resolve billing errors
- Collaborate with customers, third-party institutions, and team members to resolve billing issues
- Find financial solutions for customers who may need payment assistance
- Create charts and graphs using spreadsheets to illustrate technical reports
- Help with new projects and report results to Senior Leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Recent college graduates and entry-level talent encouraged to apply (0–2 years of professional experience)
- Communication - express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization
- Organizing and planning - develop specific goals and benchmarks to prioritize, organize and accomplish work in a timely manner
- Analytical thinking - determine the essential function of each task with strong multitasking abilities
- Office software acumen - comfortable with Microsoft Suite, Google applications, and relevant databases; Salesforce experience desired
- Mathematical reasoning - facility with numbers, ability to calculate, post, and manage figures and records
