About the role

  • Follow up with potential clients regularly to keep the loan process moving forward
  • Assist loan officers with collecting and organizing client documentation for applications
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather additional information as needed
  • Generate loan quotes and manage all third-party originator (TPO) relationships
  • Handle client inquiries, providing outstanding customer service
  • Help build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Perform other general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience in lending, banking, finance, or a related field
  • Understanding of the mortgage origination process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software such as Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
