Billing Specialist

• Oversee the billing process for customers, including processing payments and maintaining organized financial records
• Calculate bill totals and track company financial statements
• Create invoices and billing materials to be sent to customers
• Input payment history, upcoming payment information, and other financial data
• Search financial statements for payment errors or inconsistencies and resolve billing errors
• Collaborate with customers, third-party institutions, and team members to resolve billing issues
• Find financial solutions for customers who may need payment assistance
• Create charts and graphs using spreadsheets to illustrate technical reports
• Help with new projects and report results to Senior Leadership
