- Build reusable HubSpot templates, attribution models, and dashboards
- Maintain and update our Playbook with best practices in syntropy engineering
Requirements
- 3+ years in RevOps, martech, or demand generation
- Proficiency with HubSpot
- Proficiency with GA4
- Experience with CRM workflows and attribution modeling
- Programming skills in APIs, LLM pipelines, and prompt design
- Strong systems thinker who can simplify and structure complexity
- Curious, entrepreneurial mindset—eager to help define and evolve a new role
