Launch Support: Create compelling marketing materials for Moments rollout including landing pages, presentations, and promotional assets
Address UI bugs and implement fast-follow improvements to ensure seamless user experience
Support go-to-market design needs and collaborate on launch strategy execution
Design new features and improvements for our AI coaching platform
Collaborate closely with product team, CEO, and leadership on design reviews and strategic decisions
Support build and launch execution with design specifications and assets
Provide rapid prototyping and testing support to validate design concepts quickly
Execute on meeting follow-ups and design iterations with quick turnaround times
Incorporate user feedback into design improvements and refinements
Requirements
Experience & Skills: Strong understanding of AI/LLM technologies and how they relate to product design - you get excited about designing for AI-powered experiences
Proven track record working directly with CEO and leadership teams in fast-paced environments
Demonstrated experience with fast-paced product launches, ideally at early-stage startups
Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work from concept to launch
Working Style: Can hit the ground running with minimal onboarding - we need someone who can be productive from day one
Thrives in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments where priorities can shift quickly
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and jumping between marketing design and product design as needed
Strong communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions
Technical Requirements: Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred)
Experience designing for web applications and responsive interfaces
Understanding of design systems and ability to work within existing brand guidelines
Bonus: Experience with coaching, learning & development, or professional development tools
