About the role
- Launch Support: Create compelling marketing materials for Moments rollout including landing pages, presentations, and promotional assets
- Address UI bugs and implement fast-follow improvements to ensure seamless user experience
- Support go-to-market design needs and collaborate on launch strategy execution
- Design new features and improvements for our AI coaching platform
- Collaborate closely with product team, CEO, and leadership on design reviews and strategic decisions
- Support build and launch execution with design specifications and assets
- Provide rapid prototyping and testing support to validate design concepts quickly
- Execute on meeting follow-ups and design iterations with quick turnaround times
- Incorporate user feedback into design improvements and refinements
Requirements
- Experience & Skills: Strong understanding of AI/LLM technologies and how they relate to product design - you get excited about designing for AI-powered experiences
- Proven track record working directly with CEO and leadership teams in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated experience with fast-paced product launches, ideally at early-stage startups
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work from concept to launch
- Working Style: Can hit the ground running with minimal onboarding - we need someone who can be productive from day one
- Thrives in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments where priorities can shift quickly
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and jumping between marketing design and product design as needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions
- Technical Requirements: Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred)
- Experience designing for web applications and responsive interfaces
- Understanding of design systems and ability to work within existing brand guidelines
- Bonus: Experience with coaching, learning & development, or professional development tools
