Bridge the gap between IT capability and business expectations on Microsoft Dynamics projects
Lead a team of functional consultants and collaborate with clients to design and build Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions
Identify opportunities to make best use of platform features and recommend configuration-first approaches
Support and guide the team in delivering discovery workshops, creating functional designs, configuring solutions, supporting testing, assisting with data migration, delivering training, and supporting implementation
Lead larger teams on sizable and complex projects: identify priorities, assign tasks, and optimise team resources
Build relationships with counterparts in other disciplines and contribute to managing dependencies between disciplines
Provide performance management, coaching and career development; support a culture of wellbeing and inclusion and ensure team workload and stress levels are managed effectively
Contribute to pre-sales and solution envisioning, and support sales by defining an approach and resourced plan
Requirements
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Products: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Power BI
Familiarity with Related Technologies: Exchange, SharePoint and Teams and ability to configure integrations
End-to-End Implementation Experience of multiple Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform implementations including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, data migration, cutover, and reporting
Experience in larger/more complex projects and leading larger teams of functional consultants
Ability to create and influence solution designs with a configuration-first approach, minimising customisation
Able to demonstrate out-of-the-box functionality to business and technical stakeholders
Proficiency in designing and building classic and Power Automate workflows
Pre-sales support experience responding to ITTs, RFPs and RFQs and providing pre-sales support, defining an approach and fully resourced plan
Stakeholder engagement experience working with stakeholders at all levels including senior and challenging stakeholders; eliciting, reviewing and prioritising requirements; interviewing stakeholders; shadowing users; delivering discovery workshops; business process mapping; identifying business benefits
Excellent and effective influencing and communication skills
Leadership and people management: manage and coach staff, performance management, career development, supporting wellbeing and inclusion, managing workload and stress levels
