About the role
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Actionable Insights domain.
- Leverage internal and external data to deliver insights that inform better decision-making.
- Build product experiences that integrate intelligent insights directly into user workflows.
- Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Document and communicate ideas clearly in a written-first, asynchronous environment.
- Analyze customer feedback and product usage to inform decisions and optimize the user experience.
- Support product discovery using visual tools (e.g., sketches, wireframes) to bring ideas to life.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software product management.
- Strong background in data analytics, with the ability to translate complex needs into intuitive solutions.
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools and experience writing queries or building reports.
- Demonstrated success leading product initiatives from ideation through delivery in fast moving environments.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust across engineering, design, sales, and customer teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity with a bias for action.
- Proven track record of customer-centric thinking and data-informed decision-making.
