Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally within asset management or buy-side technology.
Strong technical skills, including SQL and database proficiency for reporting and analysis.
Experience working with multiple reporting platforms and performing data analysis.
Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions while considering future-state impacts.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to completion.
Background in asset management client reporting or investment operations.
Experience in Agile methodologies for business/technology solution delivery.
Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools.
