About the role
- Project management and support of technical or customer projects (Budget, Time, Resources, Risks, Tasks)
- Participate in the presales phase and conduct the process, supported by other team members
- Draft proposals for clients
- Take full end-to-end responsibility for projects
- Ensure technical excellence in terms of technical documentation and delivery
- Integration and set up of processes about compliance, Security, and Business continuity requirements
- Participate in the continuous Improvement of our delivery processes
- Understandably explain complicated topics to audiences of different technical capabilities
- Support business development with use-case analyses and workshops for potential clients
- Build key relationships with stakeholders and customers
Requirements
- Master's degree (computer science or similar) or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the IT sector
- At least 6+ years as a Delivery Manager/Project Manager
- Understanding of software development and architecture
- Previous experience working on Blockchain/DLT projects and capacity to drive pre-sales in that field
- Familiarity with AI concepts and trends
- Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Coaching and mentoring ability
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of the financial sector (payments and capital markets)
- Nice to Have: Business-process modelling skills
