AI Engineer

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions to address complex business and technical problems, handling every step of the end-to-end pipeline from data ingestion to monitoring
• Contribute to establishing MLOps practices for model lifecycle management, monitoring, and retraining
• Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and benchmarking of AI solutions
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, cost efficiency, and compliance with data governance standards
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to ensure seamless integration of AI models into production systems

• Participate in activities to define the necessary conditions to meet the business need, with clear direction from teammates. Define business needs with the support of others. Facilitate elicitation, analysis, specification, and management of requirements through the entire project lifecycle. Deliver necessary documentation on financial flow analysis and financial message mappings. Ensure that artifacts produced meet quality standards as well as align with the business needs, project goals, and objectives. Customer communication and consultancy (including explaining different design options to business and non-technical stakeholders). Participate in the UAT for developed features.
