Contribute to the further development of consulting products and in-house software solutions for automotive retail (Aftersales)
Support the consulting team on national strategic and operational projects for restructuring automotive retail groups, as well as developing and introducing new business models
Take on (partial) project responsibility for small to medium work packages, with increasing autonomy
Develop, plan and implement new strategies, business and operating models together with the experienced consulting and management team
Analyze, model and implement target processes, including identifying weaknesses
Help design and support the rollout of new processes at client sites
Design, facilitate and support workshops
Support or independently conduct trainings and coaching sessions
Produce innovative concepts, business models and recommendations, especially in the Aftersales area
Standardize and generalize consulting approaches for the Aftersales function in dealerships
Work closely with project leadership and client staff to ensure successful implementation of measures
Requirements
You have successfully completed studies in business administration/economics or relevant vocational training within a dealership plus suitable additional qualifications
You bring experience in automotive retail, with particular knowledge of the Aftersales area
Initial experience in management consulting is a plus but not required
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Strong analytical skills, an independent working style and good numerical/financial understanding
You address problems and conflicts openly and always think in a solution-oriented way
Willingness to travel and readiness to be on the road for exciting projects
