Oversee installation and commissioning of industrial facilities; manage personnel; coordinate with multiple stakeholders; ensure compliance with customer-specific and regulatory requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of installation projects from initiation through commissioning; ensure projects meet customer performance metrics, timelines, and operational readiness.
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members; maintain a clean, organized, and safe site; adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols.
Serve as primary on-site liaison with the customer’s project managers, construction managers, and third-party vendors; communicate project progress, risks, and milestones with the customer and internal leadership through regular reporting and site meetings.
Rapidly respond to issues, changes, or escalations per the customer's communication standards.
Develop and sustain strong working relationships with stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
Ensure all required company documentation (daily reports, safety audits, change logs) is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Obtain and maintain all necessary permits, certifications, and sign-offs, including customer-specific approvals.
Ensure adherence to local building codes, industry best practices, and customer operational compliance standards.
Lead daily briefings and toolbox talks with a strong focus on safety and customer expectations
Requirements
At least five years’ experience working in high-volume e-commerce parcel supply chain (required)
A bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA) are a plus
