About the role
- Coordinate and manage projects connecting Client Services and Technology, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Report to the Senior Project Manager and drive day-to-day execution.
- Prepare detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations; monitor progress.
- Gather and document requirements from client services and business stakeholders.
- Serve as the central point of communication between departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when appropriate.
- Ensure clear and timely status reporting, translating technical updates into business-friendly language.
- Lead project meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, responsibilities, and deadlines.
- Track and manage changes in scope, adjusting plans and communicating impacts.
- Support the Senior Project Manager in maintaining and improving project management standards, templates, and methodologies.
- Foster a culture of accountability and follow-through to meet project commitments and manage client expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology, professional services, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in building and maintaining in-depth project plans.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across technical and non-technical groups.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional project meetings and driving consensus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA, MS Project, or similar).
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile are a plus, but not required.
- Position based in India and requires working U.S. Eastern business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST).
