Manager

• Oversee all daily aspects of the Skills Healthcare Training programs and pipelines including career coaching functions, employer engagement across the division
• Build, strengthen, and grow key partnerships, supervise, and support skills programming & career navigators
• Act as the primary contact for employers, funders, and partners
• Lead the integration of career exploration and job readiness skills across the division
• Develop reports for submission to JVS leadership, funders, evaluators, and other stakeholders
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively
• Provide professional development opportunities for staff
• Ensure all key program data is entered into relevant data tracking systems and is accurate and complete
• Assist program staff in areas of difficulty and provide additional support when needed

Manager, Healthcare Coaching Services

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with employers.
• Conduct outreach, market research, hiring events, and candidate referral efforts.
• Collaborate with the JVS Business Services team.
• Oversee the process for securing viable job orders and successful job placements.
• Develop and execute programs to connect job seekers with employers.
