• Define the multi-year strategic vision and roadmap for the Business Services portfolio

Senior Director of Business Services

Vice President

• As the Vice President of Disability and Refugee Services, reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the various functional areas of both departments.
• Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality services are delivered effectively to individuals with disabilities, refugees, and other immigrants coordinating and collaborating with other departments and external stakeholders.
• In collaboration with the Senior Vice President, evaluate the workforce requirements of employers and clients to determine program needs.
• Develop and implement education and training programs to help clients pursue desired careers.
• Ensure effective communication with program partners, staff, and community members to lead project goals and deliverables.
• Develop and execute plans to improve the quality and availability of JVS services for people with intellectual and physical disabilities, refugees, and individuals referred by the Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA).
• Assist programmatic team leaders in assessing and evaluating individuals for Disability and Refugee Service Programs to determine their needs and eligibility for services.
• Collaborate externally and internally to forge meaningful partnerships with community organizations and government agencies to provide comprehensive and compassionate services that empower individuals with disabilities and refugees to thrive and succeed.

Vice President, Disability & Refugee Services

• Provide oversight and leadership of Healthcare Skills Training Programs (HSTP)
• Ensure all contractual and reporting requirements are met
• Ensure JVS Healthcare Skills Training Programs (HSTP) are accessible, customer-centered, and providing options to clients
• Expand scope and impact of program services, and develop new services based on partner organizations and client feedback
• Generate strategy and solutions in response to unforeseen and planned changes, setback, and challenges
• Communicate and provide program updates, reports, and metrics; foresee possible changes that may impact volume of work, staffing, or services to the Vice President of Career and Academic Services
• Increase internal and external visibility of the Healthcare Skills Training Programs
• Hire, train, supervise, develop, and set performance expectations for the Healthcare Skills Training Programs team
• Manage external relationships relevant to Healthcare Skills Training Programs (Colleges, PTCB, DESE, Certifying bodies, philanthropy, state and federal, etc.)
• Support budgeting process by monitoring and controlling budgetary expenses and revenue performance

Community Manager

• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with community partners
• Engaging with members of target communities to recruit for JVS programs
• Creating strategic partnerships with organizations providing social services
• Representing JVS at job and skills training fairs, community events
• Providing barrier removal support for challenges like food insecurity, housing instability
• Connecting coaches and clients to needed resources
• Maintaining accurate data tracking in Salesforce
• Developing strategies to engage new partners and communities
