• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for all roles, with a strong focus on Tech (Engineering, Data, AI), Product and GTM — from active sourcing to onboarding
• Build the entire Talent Acquisition function — from strategy and processes to tooling and team development
• Act as a close sparring partner to the founders and leadership team: develop hiring strategies, set priorities and support growth decisions
• Implement scalable, structured hiring processes and a consistent, talent-focused interview practice across the company
• Analyze and optimize recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, funnel leaks) and derive concrete improvement measures
• Workforce planning and forecasting aligned with the company roadmap, including prioritization and maintenance of a transparent hiring backlog
• Use state-of-the-art tools: AI-powered sourcing, automation and modern ATS solutions
• Maintain a best-in-class candidate experience — fast, respectful and transparent
• Drive active employer branding through job ads, events, community engagement and outbound campaigns
• Manage external recruiting partners and ensure cultural and quality fit

Founding Talent Acquisition Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Architect and implement robust scalable solutions for our product suite
• Design and develop sophisticated systems
• Establish best practices for software development, testing, and deployment across products
• Handle development across the stacks as a core technical contributor
• Work with our Head of Engineering to build a high-performing team as our initiatives expand
• Maintain significant hands-on coding involvement even while leading the team
• Work closely with product, design, and AI Engineers to release new features
• Partner with the Head of Engineering and leadership on Engineering roadmap planning

Lead Software Engineer

AI Engineer

• Architect and implement advanced generative AI and LLM-based solutions for our product suite
• Design and develop sophisticated agentic systems that can perform complex tasks autonomously
• Establish best practices for AI development, testing, and deployment across products
• Initially handle all AI development hands-on as a core technical contributor
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities
• Translate complex AI concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Customer Success Manager

• You are the primary point of contact for our existing customers and ensure they integrate JUPUS into their daily workflow as effectively as possible.
• You identify opportunities for customers to use JUPUS more efficiently and help them discover additional features and customized solutions.
• You proactively work to prevent churn by advising customers early and offering solutions for any challenges that arise.
• You conduct strategic conversations to maximize the individual value for each law firm.
• You analyze customer behavior and the health score to develop data-driven actions for retention and expansion.
• You work closely with the product, sales, and support teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into the ongoing development of JUPUS.
• You conduct targeted win-back conversations with customers who have already canceled and actively work on their re-acquisition.

Growth Marketing

• You are the main point of contact for our existing clients and ensure they integrate JUPUS into their daily workflows in the best possible way.
• You identify opportunities for customers to use JUPUS more effectively and help them discover additional features and tailored solutions.
• You proactively work to prevent churn by advising customers early and offering solutions for any challenges.
• You conduct strategic conversations to maximize individual value for each firm.
• You analyze customer behavior and health scores to develop data-driven measures for retention and expansion.
• You collaborate closely with the product, sales, and support teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into JUPUS development.
• You conduct targeted win-back conversations with customers who have already cancelled and actively work on re-acquisition.

Customer Growth Manager

Onboarding Specialist

• You guide our new customers through a best-in-class onboarding — from setup to optimal use.
• You ensure they get the maximum value from JUPUS — with tailored training sessions, regular check-ins and personalized support.
• You work closely with the product team and our support team to feed customer feedback directly into product development.
• You question existing processes and continuously improve them — your input matters!

• You will work directly with the founding team and own the strategic development of our product — from the roadmap to the launch of new features
• You combine deep user research with data-driven hypotheses to evolve a product that delivers real value
• You lead our Product team, establish structures, priorities and processes — and scale the team when needed
• You collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales and the founders to reach the next level together
