About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You lead and develop our Customer Onboarding team in day-to-day operations.
- You spend approximately 50% of your time working operationally in onboarding and guide our new customers.
- You support your team with complex customer situations and provide professional coaching.
- You ensure our customers derive maximum value from JUPUS.
- You are responsible for the quality and continuous improvement of our onboarding processes.
- You analyze metrics such as onboarding duration, activation, and customer satisfaction.
- You work closely with Customer Growth, Support, and Product.
- You assist customers with integrating our platform with their law firm software.
- You continuously develop and grow your team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Customer Onboarding or Customer Success: You have several years of experience in a comparable role.
- Initial leadership experience and strong coaching skills: You have previously led a small team.
- Hands-on mentality: You treat leadership as more than purely managerial tasks.
- Strong technical affinity: You do not need to be able to program, but you are comfortable tackling technical issues.
- Agility & drive to shape processes: You want to actively improve processes, not just maintain them.
- Analytical thinking: You work data-driven and keep relevant KPIs in view.
- Startup mentality: You thrive in a dynamic environment and take ownership.
- Customer focus: You understand that our success depends on the success of our customers.
- Initiative & willingness to learn: You and your team continuously develop.
- Problem-solver mentality: When challenges arise, you analyze them in a structured way.
- Passion for Legal Tech: Interest in AI, automation, and digital solutions is a must.
- Communication skills: Fluent German and good English skills.
