About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You ensure that our target audience and market understanding are consistently translated into messaging, website content, and sales enablement materials
  • You position our product clearly against established LegalTech providers
  • You equip our sales team with the tools they need for persuasive conversations and successful closes
  • You make our customers’ success visible, for example through testimonials, references, and case studies
  • Develop messaging frameworks for our product and ensure consistent implementation across all channels
  • Develop positioning and narratives for product and feature launches, with clear differentiation from established competitors
  • Continuously expand the website: products, features, use cases, and legal practice areas
  • Develop testimonials, references, and case studies in collaboration with customers
  • Continuously research target audiences and market trends in the legal-tech space and feed insights into product and marketing planning, including buyer personas and ICPs
  • Build competitive intelligence and battle cards for the sales team and support the creation of sales enablement materials and training
  • Act as a sparring partner in the ongoing development of our product’s pricing and packaging

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Location: Berlin/Cologne or surrounding areas
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing (mid-level to senior), ideally with significant experience in B2B SaaS or AI environments (SMB focus is a plus)
  • Proven strength in narrative development, copywriting, and messaging; you translate complex product topics into clear, compelling language
  • Experience building sales enablement programs and working closely with sales teams
  • Experience in developing content for corporate websites
  • Structured, self-directed working style with a strong personal commitment to quality
  • Fluent German and very good English
  • Experience in the legal industry is a major plus, although prior experience at a LegalTech provider is not required
