About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the team in day-to-day outbound operations — cadence, contact quality, and booked meetings as core KPIs
  • Listen into calls and provide direct feedback; coach practical techniques for conversation openings and objection handling
  • Develop and refine talk tracks and playbooks — focused on practical application, not theory
  • Ramp up new SDRs quickly and collaborate closely with Account Executives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Genuine SDR or BDR experience — you know cold outreach from hands-on practice, not from LinkedIn posts
  • Initial leadership or coaching experience as a Senior SDR, team lead/captain, or mentor
  • Hunter mentality and the ability to bring energy to the team — even when things get tough
  • German at native-speaker level, fluent English
