Act as day-to-day account lead for a flagship fashion retail client, sitting at the intersection of leadership, communication, service, and campaign performance
Work alongside a sister agency to service the client and execute paid digital media strategy across Google, Programmatic (DV360), and Paid Social
Forecast, identify growth opportunities, perform data analysis, and lead team to exceed client KPIs and grow business
Collaborative planning, strategic and tactical implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting as part of a large team
Guide client conversations and brainstorms, provide insights, and create compelling reports with client services
Serve as the client’s main point of contact, set expectations, and manage the team
Daily management of paid digital media campaigns and budgets, improving metrics like ROAS, revenue, CPC, and conversion rates
Leverage real-time data dashboards and reporting tools to communicate campaign performance and create roadmaps
Analyze performance data and provide synthesis, interpretation, and action plans; establish benchmarks and recommend tests
Prepare reports and present results to clients and management; maintain up-to-date knowledge of ad network best practices and betas
Build effective client relationships; gather consumer, competitor, and market data; build and maintain test-and-learn environments; test against benchmarks each quarter
Requirements
7+ years of performance marketing experience, specifically an emphasis on strategy and client relationship management
Extensive experience with Google, Paid Social, and Programmatic (DV360)
Ability to problem-solve and structure complex projects/plans with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
Ability to communicate effectively to all employee levels while understanding both the day-to-day and big picture
Ability to hire, train, and foster collaboration with a team that reports directly to you
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
Must be willing to work East Coast hours (9:30-5:30 ET)
Willingness to travel occasionally to the NYC office
