About the role
- Direct the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to system implementation.
- Develop and manage detailed onboarding plans, defining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements to guarantee on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the collection and organization of client information and documentation; maintain accurate records and ensure systems are consistently updated.
- Partner with Sales, Product Development, Customer Support, and other teams to coordinate resources and deliver a cohesive onboarding experience.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and address questions or concerns promptly, serving as the primary point of contact during onboarding.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and leverage automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the onboarding process.
- Track and evaluate the progress of onboarding activities, anticipate potential bottlenecks and escalate issues for timely resolution.
- Cultivate strong client relationships during onboarding, providing exceptional service, clear communication, and proactive support.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of project management, with at least 3 years focused on client-facing healthcare or medical billing initiatives.
- Solid understanding of medical billing processes, revenue cycle management, and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex client documentation.
- Ability to direct cross-functional initiatives, manage multiple client projects simultaneously, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams while contributing to a supportive and solutions-focused culture.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, respond to client needs quickly, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Skilled in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) with the ability to adapt quickly to new platforms and tools.
- Client travel up to 30%.
