💰 $150,000 - $200,000 per year
About the role
- Manage facilities operations for 15-25 properties across the region
- Develop and implement regional facilities strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead regional budget planning and cost management initiatives
- Drive standardization of processes and best practices across all locations
- Oversee daily facilities operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and cleaning services
- Oversee competitive bidding for service contracts and act as primary contact for contractors and vendors
- Supervise and mentor local facilities managers and other staff
- Ensure property, or properties, are operating in accordance with JLL best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 7-10 years of facilities management experience with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site role
- Experience managing large facility portfolios (minimum 1 million+ sq ft)
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
- Proficiency with CAFM/CMMS software systems
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
