About the role

  • Own and close new business converting inbound demand and self-sourced outbound opportunities into long-term client contracts

  • Self-source $500K+ in new annual recurring revenue through proactive outreach, LinkedIn engagement, networking, and industry events
  • Consistently manage a $3M+ qualified pipeline in HubSpot CRM with disciplined forecasting and accurate deal progression
  • Close six-figure annual contracts with pest control and home services businesses
  • Position Pesty as the category leader through thought leadership and social engagement
  • Represent Pesty at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound demand and align sales efforts

Requirements

  • 4+ years in full-cycle sales roles within marketing agencies
  • Proven ability to close six-figure annual contracts — owning deals end to end
  • Success with both inbound conversion (25%+ close rate) and self-sourced outbound pipeline
  • Experience selling retainers or long-term service contracts (not just short-term projects)
  • Strong understanding of home service business models (pest control, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Pipeline discipline with HubSpot CRM, forecast accuracy, and KPI reporting
  • Entrepreneurial drive to self-source pipeline and own results
  • High standards and consistent quota overachievement
  • Executive presence for conferences, networking, and boardroom interactions
  • Social selling proficiency using LinkedIn to influence and convert prospects
  • Bonus: existing network in pest control or broader home services
