Maintain our “black book” (vetted freelancer roster) and staff projects
Turn completed projects into concise case studies using our templates
Assist with off-season marketing tasks when needed
Requirements
✅ Agency or studio experience (creative/branding environment preferred)
✅ Strong project management and organization skills (multi-project juggling)
✅ Client-facing communication skills (calls, updates, scope/change notes)
✅ Creative industry fluency (you “get” design quality and brand fundamentals)
✅ Proficiency with core digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox)
✅ Budgeting and negotiation skills for change orders and profitability
