Requirements
- Proven experience in coordination, customer success, or client-facing operations roles.
- Strong tech skills (Google Sheets/Excel, Notion, Coda, project management & automation tools).
- Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling, reporting, and pipeline updates for multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in delegating work to VAs or junior staff and ensuring accountability.
- Ability to push back professionally and handle multiple, sometimes conflicting, demands.
- Hungry and driven – proactive, eager to take on responsibility, and grow.
- Highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership over tasks and client deliverables.
- Comfortable working across different leadership styles and priorities.
- Previous experience in a startup or small, fast-moving company.
- Familiarity with recruiting operations or client delivery ops.
- Strong reporting and data analysis experience (turning raw pipeline data into actionable insights).
- Experience building or improving systems/workflows (automation, templates, checklists).
