About the role
- Manage content workflow planning and publishing across YouTube, podcasts, email, and social platforms
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips, posts, and email snippets
- Optimize titles, thumbnails, and hooks for reach and engagement
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and make improvements
- Oversee freelancer output, give feedback, and ensure brand consistency
- Stay on top of personal branding and content trends to bring fresh ideas
- Review ideas and strategies shared by leadership and turn them into action plans
- Initial level communication with leads
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand management, content marketing, or digital media
- Strong understanding of YouTube, social media, and email strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Skilled in writing, editing, and spotting hooks and storytelling opportunities
- Experience managing freelancers and giving feedback
- Proficiency with Google Drive, Canva, and CRM tools (Go High Level preferred)
- Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve content performance
- Brownie points: experience with video editing or graphic design; familiarity with paid advertising or funnel marketing; experience with Go High Level CRM; background in growing personal brands or founder-led media; financial tracking/spreadsheet skills; vendor or contractor management experience
