Manage ATS (available-to-sell) and Aging inventory process by working with sales and SCM teams and report directly to leadership
Support development of sales and SCM strategies, including troubleshooting stranded inventories and inventory allocation/prioritization
Execute administrative tasks such as contracts with new vendors/distributors, approval submissions, and scheduling meetings/events
Inventory management of assets/samples essential for new product launches and assortments
Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure sale and profitability of products, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends
Evaluate financial aspects of product development including budgets, expenditures, R&D appropriations, ROI and profit-loss projections
Research and analyze competitor activities to understand business and market share impact
Work with cross-functional teams, including integrated marketing and PR, to support coordination of marketing activities, creatives/assets, and promotional policies (ads, press releases, PDPs)
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Engineering required
3-5+ years of experience required
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
Strong analytical skills, able to process multiple data inputs
Strong interpersonal skills; experience working with Sales, SCM, Marketing teams preferred
Effective communicator for internal and external (customer facing) settings
Relationship-building and influencing across functions and job levels
Self-starter able to work independently in fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to comprehend complex projects
Can-do attitude with bias towards action
Experience managing project plans and forums
