About the role

  • High-level client support: You guide new customers through onboarding, support them throughout the collaboration, and act as their primary point of contact for any questions
  • Own campaign performance: You analyze KPIs in weekly meetings, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure the metrics are on track
  • Proactively drive upsells and renewals: You present new opportunities to clients and work with them to develop additional collaboration potential
  • Close coordination with Sales, Creative and Campaign Management — ensuring seamless execution and maximum results for clients
  • Clear communication and structure: You ensure measurable progress and keep all stakeholders up to date

Requirements

  • Confident presence in conversations with executives — ideally you bring agency or sales experience
  • Strong communication skills: You can explain and inspire, but also take a clear stance when necessary
  • Sales affinity: You recognize opportunities for upsells and renewals and pursue them proactively
  • Structured work style, self-responsibility, and a clear commitment to quality
  • Solution- and results-oriented: You think proactively, identify potential, and find good paths even in critical phases
  • Drive and a desire to develop yourself and your clients over the long term
  • We do not prioritize specific educational backgrounds — what matters is that you have initial experience in customer support or sales
