- Help over 90% of Americans reduce financial stress and gain control over their most important assets
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle — from ensuring seamless onboarding to organizing important company events
- Support the end-to-end experience for all of our employees, from onboarding new hires to managing employee transitions
- Plan and execute company-wide and team events and other culture-building initiatives
- Ensure information flows effectively across the organization by drafting and distributing internal communications
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations or related, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
- Must be willing to relocate to one of the specified states (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NY, NV, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or Ontario)
