About the role
- Manage complex calendar scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring time is aligned to business priorities.
- Handle inbox triage and communications as needed.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including international flights, accommodations, and expense reconciliation.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve scheduling or communication bottlenecks.
- Maintain high discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Attend meetings, prepare agendas,capture discussion outcomes, and track action items and follow-ups as needed.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on behalf of the leaders to move priorities forward.
- Coordinate logistics with external parties, including vendors, partners, auditors, and board members as needed.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across the CFO, CLO, and CPO, ensuring priorities are coordinated and follow-through is consistent.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong calendar, time management, and prioritisation skills, you thrive in organised chaos.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you know how to write clear, concise, and professional emails.
- High discretion and integrity — you’ll be handling sensitive information daily.
- Confidence in coordinating across levels — from executive leaders to internal stakeholders across teams.
- Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, ClickUp, and Ramp.
