Report directly to a cofounder and partner closely with senior leaders to own critical searches
Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level and leadership hiring across product, engineering, data science, operations, design, growth, legal, people ops, finance, etc.
Develop effective recruiting strategies with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to support team growth
Mentor and support junior team members on the recruiting team
Continuously review, reflect and iterate on recruiting and interviewing practices to improve efficiency and quality
Drive high ownership recruiting operations and shape hiring processes at a pre-IPO startup
Requirements
7+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity
Prior recruiting experience at fast-growth startups for product management, product design, or business operations (strongly preferred)
Track record of being successful in a high velocity, output-driven and demanding environment
Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level and leadership searches across multiple functions
Experience partnering closely with senior hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop recruiting strategies
Experience mentoring and supporting junior recruiting team members
Comfortable operating with a high degree of ambiguity and iterating on recruiting/interviewing practices
Authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada / willingness to disclose visa sponsorship needs
