• Report directly to a cofounder and partner closely with senior leaders across the company
• Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level and leadership searches across product management, software engineering, data science, business operations, design & research, growth, legal, people operations, finance, etc.
• Work closely with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies
• Mentor and support junior team members on the recruiting team
• Continuously review, reflect and iterate on recruiting and interviewing practices to improve efficiency and quality
• Shape the organization by bringing in world-class talent and driving strategic hiring initiatives
