About the role
- Engage with community channels (Reddit, Trustpilot, etc.); monitor app reviews and feedback; respond to comments; identify trends; flag insights for product and engineering teams
- Drive organic growth via SEO and AEO strategies; experiment with AI-assisted workflows
- Handle PR operations: monitor news cycles, update media lists, track coverage, build relationships with journalists
- Contribute to media and content strategy; work across Organic Growth, Marketing, Content, SEO teams
- Fast-moving, evolving responsibilities; startup growth and hands-on execution
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Reddit, Trustpilot, and other community and review platforms
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in journalism, communications, PR, or a related field
- Resourceful & Proactive: fast, curious, and resourceful; brings solutions
- Agile: thrive in fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
- Determined: persistent and resilient; adapt approach after setbacks
- Bonus: experience in a newsroom, PR agency, or startup environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada (application field)
