About the role
- Engage with audience: execute strategies on community channels (Reddit, Trustpilot), monitor app reviews and respond to comments, identify trends, and flag insights for product and engineering teams
- Drive Organic Growth: contribute to SEO and AEO strategies, experiment with AI-assisted workflows
- Handle Public Relations: day-to-day PR operations across consumer, tech, business, and trade outlets; monitor news cycles; update media lists; track coverage; build relationships with journalists
- Collaborate with Organic Growth team and cross-functional teams; support content strategy and community management
Requirements
- hands-on experience with Reddit, Trustpilot, and other community and review platforms
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in journalism, communications, PR, or a related field
- Resourceful & Proactive: fast, curious, and resourceful
- Agile: thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities
- Determined: persistent and resilient
- Bonus: experience in a newsroom, PR agency, or startup environment
- Ability to work in regular PST hours for the first 3-6 months (application form)
