Maintain and optimize HubSpot platform for sales, marketing, and customer service teams, including implementing and managing workflows, dashboards, and reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within HubSpot; work with custom code to ensure minimal downtime and maximum performance.
Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards; present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue operations and ensure data integrity across systems; integrate HubSpot with other business systems.
Support revenue forecasting, planning, and implementation of revenue growth strategies and initiatives.
Train and support team members on HubSpot and other revenue systems; create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience with HubSpot, including system administration and optimization.
Experience with custom code in HubSpot.
Strong background in revenue systems management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese preferred.
