About the role

  • Define & Scale the Global Partnerships Strategy: establish vision, framework, and goals for Jeeves’ partner ecosystem focused on North America, Latin America (BR, MX, CO), and EMEA
  • Expand Broker & Channel Performance: strengthen and optimize broker channels and create scalable playbooks for replication across regions
  • Diversify Strategic Partnerships: build partnerships across technology integrations, embedded finance, advisory, accounting firms, banks, VC/PE ecosystems, travel and banking partners, and more
  • Lead End-to-End Partner Lifecycle: source, negotiate, structure deals, onboard, activate, and manage partner performance
  • Influence & Inspire Internally: act as internal champion for partner-led innovation across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Legal
  • Globalize Best Practices: establish metrics, incentives, processes, and playbooks that scale partnerships across regions while aligning to Jeeves’ global growth agenda
  • Operate as both strategic architect and hands-on dealmaker: set long-term vision for a channel ecosystem responsible for driving a sizable portion of Jeeves revenue and build a world-class partner portfolio
  • Report directly to the CRO and lead execution across strategic regions

Requirements

  • 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within fintech, SaaS, payments, or financial services
  • International experience required, with deep exposure to North America, Latin America, and/or EMEA
  • Proven track record of designing and scaling partner ecosystems across multiple regions
  • Exceptional deal-making, negotiation, and execution skills with a strong record of closing high-impact partnerships
  • Cross-cultural expertise and ability to navigate diverse partner ecosystems; familiarity with Brazil and LatAm markets is a strong plus
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish strongly preferred
  • Strategic vision with operational excellence and ability to balance strategy-setting with hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing international teams
