- Define and execute Portless’s global partnership roadmap across logistics providers, technology platforms, eCommerce ecosystems, and strategic brand partners.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate high-value strategic partnerships that enhance Portless’s service capabilities and brand visibility.
- Leverage industry experience to establish and expand relationships with carriers, 3PLs, fulfillment networks, and cross-border trade stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to integrate partnerships into customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Build partnerships that drive measurable pipeline and top-line growth, while also creating operational efficiencies.
- Stay ahead of logistics trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to position Portless as a category leader.
- Over time, build and mentor a partnerships team to scale with Portless’s growth trajectory.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or cross-border commerce, with a proven network in the space.
- Demonstrated impact at a Series A–C startup, ideally in a commercial, partnerships, or strategy leadership role.
- Proven success sourcing, negotiating, and scaling partnerships that delivered material business outcomes.
- Ability to see the big picture while executing on the details that make partnerships successful.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills with senior stakeholders.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; highly resourceful and action-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
