Technical Customer Support Associate

Engineer

• Partner within Sales and other departments to achieve sales and revenue goals
• Design and deliver integrated enterprise solutions combining Apple ecosystem and advanced security
• Provide technical consultation and technical escalation for Sales and other departments
• Continuously update expertise and demonstrate deep understanding of Jamf platform and Apple-centric security/network frameworks
• Respond to complex RFPs requiring comprehensive Apple enterprise expertise
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations for enterprise prospects and customers
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to architect custom Apple enterprise solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and complementary solution providers (Apple, Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Okta)
• Provide internal training and knowledge transfer on Apple enterprise best practices and emerging capabilities
• Create implementation templates, automation tools, and methodologies for Apple enterprise deployments
• Serve as an escalation point for Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on Apple enterprise matters
• Represent Jamf as an Apple enterprise expert at industry events, conferences, and community forums
• Drive innovation initiatives to address gaps in current solutions
• Participate in professional development opportunities and industry training
• Understand cross-platform integration scenarios and coexistence strategies in enterprise environments.

Consulting Engineer

Manager

• The Channel Manager is responsible for building relationships with and enabling channel partners to drive incremental revenue.
• Attain assigned sales targets and/or other key measures of success
• Assist in the execution of strategic business plans in partnership with Jamf and Apple channel teams to dramatically grow channel-created business with assigned partners
• Identify, enable and support assigned partner sales management and Apple/Jamf marketing team members in efforts to position and sell Jamf solution
• Attend appropriate events/tradeshows to engage partner sellers and communicate the Jamf value to their customers and prospects
• Provide resolution for partner/customer issues, and engage Jamf sales teams where appropriate, ensuring follow through by appropriate Jamf employees

Account Manager
