Lead the delivery of global HR operations services, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance across regions
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HRIT, IT, and business leaders to align operational delivery with strategic talent goals
Responsible for Talent Management Product ownership, leveraging a product mindset for delivery, owning the product roadmap for TM, including representation of related AI features within the HR AI Task force
Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Talent & Performance modules, including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Career Profiles, and Skills
Drive configuration improvements and functionality reviews to optimize the use of Workday Talent Management tools
Lead end-to-end Workday projects, including project management, implementation, integrations, enhancements, and process improvements across all Talent related modules
Responsible for Change Management and Communications
Oversee the development and maintenance of HR process documentation and SOPs
Leverage Workday Reporting & Analytics to deliver actionable insights to HR and business stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and other teams to understand business needs, identify user pain points, and translate these into clear product requirements
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring continuous improvement of the Workday platform
Evaluate and implement new Workday features, including AI-driven tools
Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and continuous improvement
Drive innovation within Workday, exploring new functionalities, third-party integrations, and creative solutions that align with Jabil Talent Management Roadmap
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred
7+ years of progressive HR operations experience, with at least 3 years of experience with Workday tools
Minimum 2 years of Experience in Workday business process configuration strongly preferred
Proven experience in leading global HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of successfully navigating complex technical challenges and driving meaningful solutions
Experience in a global organization with the ability to navigate varying regional requirements and user needs effectively
