Collaborating with Indian Health Service to establish enterprise EHR design.
Implement enterprise governance, tooling, reporting, design, testing, and build in support of IHS objectives.
Lead team of both GDIT and partner resources.
Understand Oracle Health solutions and implementation methodology.
Translate commercial methodology and approach to meet needs of IHS EHR modernization program.
Manage the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities.
Strategize process improvements to ensure everyone completes tasks on schedule.
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
Utilize broad understanding of system capabilities and limitations across all venues of care.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Degree in Healthcare and/or Information Sciences highly desirable.
8 years of healthcare experience.
Experience with large scale implementation management experience.
Experience with Federal implementation management experience.
Deliverable Management experience.
Extensive experience with Oracle Health.
Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the year, if needed.
