Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
Support HRIS updates, audits, and reporting needs, using Paylocity and other systems
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics
Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed
Administer internal surveys and track participation to support operational improvements
Prepare and process employee pay accurately and on schedule, using Paylocity
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Manage deductions for benefits, taxes, and retirement contributions
Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
Post job openings across internal and external platforms
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams
Conduct reference checks for selected candidates
Update and display required labor law posters across all office locations to ensure legal compliance
Support policy implementation and adherence activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field
3 years of experience in Human Resources
1 year of experience in multi-state payroll
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is desirable but not required
Paylocity experience preferred
