About the role

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Support HRIS updates, audits, and reporting needs, using Paylocity and other systems
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics
  • Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed
  • Administer internal surveys and track participation to support operational improvements
  • Prepare and process employee pay accurately and on schedule, using Paylocity
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Manage deductions for benefits, taxes, and retirement contributions
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Post job openings across internal and external platforms
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams
  • Conduct reference checks for selected candidates
  • Update and display required labor law posters across all office locations to ensure legal compliance
  • Support policy implementation and adherence activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field
  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • 1 year of experience in multi-state payroll
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is desirable but not required
  • Paylocity experience preferred
